1. Where we deliver
We deliver across India through our courier partners, and by India Post to pin codes that couriers do not cover. Bulk orders for dealers and feed mills may be sent by road transport.
2. Dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched from Nagpur, Maharashtra, within 1–2 working days (Monday to Saturday, except public holidays) after we confirm the order and, for prepaid orders, receive payment.
3. Expected delivery times after dispatch

These are estimates. Weather, festivals, strikes or courier delays can sometimes add time.
4. Shipping charges
Shipping charges depend on the parcel weight and your pin code. We always tell you the charge before you confirm or pay. Bulk freight is agreed for each order.
5. Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available for selected pin codes and order values. Any extra charge for it is told to you before you confirm the order.
6. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we send the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp or SMS.
7. Address and delivery problems
- Please give a complete address, pin code and a reachable mobile number. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or nobody was available after the courier's attempts, we can re-send it once you pay the extra shipping.
- If the outer box looks damaged or opened, please take a photo before opening it, and tell us within 48 hours. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
